Terms and Conditions

Revision Policy

You may request revisions based on the number of revisions included in your selected package. At Book Publishing, we aim to deliver high-quality service and continue making revisions until your requirements are properly addressed.

No additional charges will apply if the requested changes are related to the original design direction and do not require a completely new concept. Standard design updates are usually completed within 48 hours. Any changes requested after the logo or design has been finalized may be charged separately.

Refund Policy

Book Publishing does not offer refunds on special packages or discounted service bundles.

Refunds may not be issued under the following circumstances:

If a client purchases a service bundle and is dissatisfied with one specific service, any approved refund will only apply to that particular service and not the complete bundle.

Refunds are not available after seven days of purchase. Services including Social Media Marketing or Management, SEO, Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights and Trademarks, Web Hosting, SSL, DDoS Protection, and Paid Plugins are strictly non-refundable.

Website projects become non-refundable once the client approves the design and authorizes development. Similarly, once logo or website designs are approved, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

If the client does not provide the required logo or website design brief within ten days of placing the order, a partial refund of up to 25% may be considered, depending on the project status.

Once a refund is approved, it may take approximately 40 to 45 business days for the amount to reflect in the client’s account.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, clients must follow the proper refund procedure. Refund requests may be submitted through the following methods:

After reviewing the request, Book Publishing will respond as soon as possible with the status of the refund claim.

To maintain legal and ownership transparency, Book Publishing may submit the finalized designs to the relevant copyright or government agencies after a refund has been processed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using the services of Book Publishing, both parties agree to the jurisdiction of applicable federal and state courts in the United States for disputes that are not subject to mandatory arbitration.

Both parties agree to raise any claim, dispute, or controversy related to these Terms or the services provided by Book Publishing within 30 days of the issue arising. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.

Before pursuing any legal action, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly. If the dispute remains unresolved within a reasonable period, either party may request mediation. Book Publishing considers a reasonable resolution period to be 30 days.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, both parties may pursue any rights or remedies available under applicable US or local law.

Quality Assurance

At Book Publishing, our team works hard to meet client expectations and deliver professional, high-quality designs and services. We carefully research, plan, and create each project to ensure the final result aligns with the client’s goals.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer revisions according to the selected package. Our goal is to continue improving the work until the client is satisfied with the final outcome.

Delivery Policy

Once an order is confirmed, a confirmation email and project details will be sent to the client’s registered email address.

The standard minimum turnaround time is two business days, depending on the selected package and project requirements. Urgent orders may be handled by our customer support team based on availability and project scope.

Maintenance of Records

Book Publishing keeps records of finalized project files and designs. If a client loses the final files, they may request access to the stored files, subject to availability and verification.

Client Support

Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist clients with questions, project updates, service concerns, and general support requests.

Communication Policy

Book Publishing is only responsible for communication made through our official email addresses and contact numbers listed on our website.

We are not responsible for any correspondence, promises, payments, or commitments made through unofficial platforms, email addresses, phone numbers, or third-party contacts not listed on our official website.

Book Publishing will not be liable for any losses, misunderstandings, or damages caused by communication through unauthorized contact details.

If a client remains unresponsive for 45 days or more, project reactivation fees may apply before work can resume.

All information provided through our official domains and verified communication channels is considered the responsibility of Book Publishing.
